These Terms govern your use of mymoira.com and related services (the "Service"), provided by Weixin Qiao, an individual operating as Moira, based in Hong Kong ("Moira", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Moira. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. What Moira is — and isn't
Moira provides astrological readings that combine classical Hellenistic techniques with psychological reflection. It is intended for self-reflection, insight, and guidance — and is provided for personal and entertainment purposes. Moira is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Decisions you make are your own responsibility.
3. AI-generated content
Your readings are generated using AI. They may contain errors, omissions, or inconsistencies, and should not be treated as statements of fact or predictions of actual events.
4. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity that occurs under it. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
5. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
- Moira offers a Free tier and a paid Pro subscription: $9.90 / month or $79 / year.
- Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe and automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of your current paid period.
- Refunds: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment by emailing [email protected]. After that, payments are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, scrape it, resell it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its text, design, and underlying systems, is owned by Moira and protected by law. Your readings are provided for your personal use; please don't redistribute or resell them.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moira will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
