Planetary majors divide into seven sub-periods. Read the major lord first, then the sub-lord as the current emphasis.
METHOD
The sequence Moira uses.
For day charts the order is Sun, Venus, Mercury, Moon, Saturn, Jupiter and Mars, followed by the North and South Nodes. Night charts begin with Moon, Saturn, Jupiter and Mars, then continue through Sun, Venus and Mercury before the Nodes.
Moira uses the Abu Maʿshar node-at-end method. Planetary major periods have seven equal sub-periods; Node periods stand alone. The whole sequence totals 75 years and then repeats.
Firdaria does not replace a natal chart. The ruler’s natal sign, house and condition explain how the period can be expressed. Use annual profections for the year, monthly profections for the current month and transits for near-term contacts.
